Chen-Style Taich is another traditional Chinese Taichi Set. It's more complicated than Yang-Style and only suitable for intermediate Taichi Students who have practise 24 forms more than 500 hours.

This is a course for the students who have already grasped the basic techniques of taichi set. Pushing Hands is like a game between two people, attacker and defender, who work as partners, to practise Taichi Skills throw this exercise. Pushing hands help exercisers learn the chi movement between peoples.
